Had a great experience with Flohr pools in buying a new hot springs salt water hot tub. After a short delay, the hot tub was delivered and I had great communication with the team at Flohr pools throughout. My salesperson Rowan, was simply fantastic in walking me through the setup and has been superb with communication with all of my questions. They also recommended me to a great electrician team that worked hand in hand for the electrical setup. Just a great experience as a first time hot tub buyer!
