We had been thinking about getting a hot tub for years and finally decided to start looking into it. We visited Flohr to look at our options after a lackluster experience at another vendor. Brian, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. He helped us understand the different options and was willing to work with us to figure out the best option for our budget. We decided on a Caldera Martinique and have been very happy with it so far. The team did a great job at delivery and installation and has been available for questions about the spa as we’ve been getting used to it. The spa is super comfortable and relaxing. I’m using it every night before bed.
