This is my very first time purchasing a hot tub and I decided to buy from Flohr Pools because I know they’ve been around since I was a kid. I was really impressed with their customer service. We got hooked up with Brian and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We did end up having an issue with the first model of hot tub we bought but it was most likely due to the extreme cold temperatures, not having a high enough electrical outlet, etc. They were quick to make the issue right and brought out a new model for us very quickly.

Everyone has been great to deal with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a pool or hot tub.
